Our Story

The 4750 Ranch was founded by Rick and Heather Chatterton in 2023, with support from their children Shayne, Walker, and Teeler, as a passion project built around family, land, and wildlife. What started as a small idea became an operation focused on ethical animal husbandry and wildlife management.

Our team’s hands-on approach ensures our animals are well-fed, healthy, and bred with care. As our inventory grows, we’re proud to offer animals that are ranch-raised in a safe, natural environment.

Walker is currently leading the development of our Wildlife Management Division, which is focused on the humane trapping and relocation of invasive exotics, like axis deer, that are harming native ecosystems across Texas. This is a legacy business built on trust, hard work, and respect for nature.
